So basically it's not just good for body. Maybe not as equipped as some other gyms, yet good enough to meet the needs of one who wants to exercise to stay fit and healthy. May be a bit more expensive than a few other gyms, but having not been to many other ones, still I prefer EFM health club considering all the positive points I have found in it.
